Usage limits and resets
Usage windows, weekly limits, the Free monthly allowance and the % meters.
- Are Line CLI, Cosmos Agent and Telegram limits separate? No. They share one set of plan limits. Telegram also has its own extra daily limit.FAQ
- Can I reset my usage window early? No. Windows reset at the end of their length, weeks after 7 days, and Free on the 1st (UTC). Upgrading gives more usage.FAQ
- Do Line CLI sub-agents use more of my plan?Yes. Each sub-agent makes its own model calls, which all count toward your plan's limits at list price.FAQ
- Do Model API or Agent API calls count toward my plan limits? No. API calls are paid from credits and never use your plan's windows, weekly limit or monthly allowance.FAQ
- Does choosing Heavy use my plan up faster than Flash?Yes. Usage is measured at list price, and Heavy costs more per token and writes more, so the same task uses more of your limit.FAQ
- Does Cosmos Agent on Telegram have its own limit?Yes. Besides your plan's limits, Telegram keeps its own daily limit per account. Whichever is reached first applies.FAQ
- Does my usage window keep running when I'm not using anything?A started window runs to its end even if you stop. After it ends, no new window starts until your next request.FAQ
- Does unused usage roll over to the next window or week? No. Unused usage doesn't carry over to the next window, week or month unless the plan says otherwise.FAQ

- How is plan usage measured? As what your app requests would cost at model rates, across Line CLI, Cosmos Agent and Telegram together, shown as % used.Explainer
- How long is the usage window on each plan?Developer 5.5 h, Plus 5.5 h, Pro 5 h, Max 2 h, Ultra 1.5 h. Free has a monthly allowance instead.Reference

- If I stop a Line CLI request halfway, does it still count?Yes, for what it already used. Usage is measured on the tokens actually processed and generated before you stopped.FAQ
- If I upgrade in the middle of a window, what happens to my current window?Clatter Labs doesn't publish how a mid-window upgrade is handled. Check the meters in Billing after the upgrade shows.FAQ
- If I use Line CLI on two computers, do I get two allowances? No. Limits belong to your account, not the device. All your devices and apps share the same window, week or month.FAQ

- When do my usage limits reset?Paid windows reset at the end of their 1.5–5.5 h length; weekly 7 days from your billing date; Free on the 1st (UTC).Reference

- Why do I have to wait before I can use Line CLI again?Your plan's usage for now is used up. It refills by itself at the reset time shown in Line or in the Console.FAQ
