How do I check how much of my plan I've used?

• Console Home — the Plan card ("Window N% · week N% used" or "This month N% used").
• Console Billing — full meters with reset times.
• Line CLI — /usage and /cost.
• Telegram — /usage.

• The Free allowance resets on the 1st of every month, UTC.
• API calls never use your plan's limits.
• Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
