Why does my usage window say "Not started"?
The Current usage window meter shows Not started — Starts with your next request when you haven't made a request since your last window ended. Windows don't tick in the background; your next Line CLI, Cosmos Agent or Telegram request starts a fresh one.
Good to know#
- Billing shows each limit as % used with its reset time.
- The Free allowance resets on the 1st of every month, UTC.
- API calls never use your plan's limits.
