Does my usage window keep running when I'm not using anything?

Once a window starts, it runs for the plan's full length, whether or not you keep working. After it ends, nothing ticks: the meter shows Not started until your next request begins a new window. The weekly limit, by contrast, follows your billing date regardless of activity.

• Billing shows each limit as % used with its reset time.
• The Free allowance resets on the 1st of every month, UTC.
• API calls never use your plan's limits.
