What happens when a usage meter reaches 100%?

• The pill shows Limit reached and the bar turns red.
• New Line CLI, Cosmos Agent and Telegram requests answer 429 with resets_at.
• Billing says new requests wait until it resets, or you can upgrade.
• The Model API and Agent API keep working if you have credits.

Good to know#

• Billing shows each limit as % used with its reset time.
• The Free allowance resets on the 1st of every month, UTC.
• Plans and credits are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record, which also handles receipts and taxes.
