How does the Free plan's monthly allowance work?
Free has a monthly allowance instead of windows and weeks:
- It covers Line CLI, Cosmos Agent and Telegram together; the Free plan keeps 1M tokens a month.
- It resets on the 1st of every month (UTC).
- At the limit, app requests answer
429 monthly_limit_reacheduntil the 1st.
The Free monthly usage meter in Billing and the Home card ("This month N% used") show where you stand. Depending on your time zone, the UTC reset can fall on the evening of the last day or the morning of the 1st.

- API calls never use your plan's limits.
- Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
