- Can I use a VPN to access Clatter Labs from a restricted country?No. Using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop or false location to get around restrictions isn't allowed and can lead to immediate suspension.Policy
- Can I use Clatter Labs while travelling to a restricted country?No. The services may not be accessed from restricted jurisdictions, even temporarily, and VPNs to get around that aren't allowed.FAQ
- Do export-control laws apply to my use of Clatter Labs outputs?Yes. You must comply with export-control and sanctions laws for the services, outputs and software, and not transfer them in breach.Policy
- Do I get a refund if my account is closed because of my country?Where sanctions law doesn't prohibit it, unused purchased credits are refunded and you get at least 14 days to export.FAQ
- How does Clatter Labs know which country I'm in?From signals like the country of your IP address, your billing country and information you provide.FAQ
- I'm not in a restricted country but Clatter Labs is blocked for meYour IP may look like it's in a restricted location. Turn off VPNs or proxies, try another network, then contact support for review.Troubleshooting
- What happens if my account is used from a restricted country?It may be suspended immediately. Personal data is deleted within 90 days, except what the law requires keeping. You can ask for human review.FAQ
- Where isn't Clatter Labs available?Ethiopia, India, Israel and Argentina, plus sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.Reference
- Why is Clatter Labs unavailable in some countries?Because of sanctions, export-control law, legal risk or business decisions. The list can change.FAQ
