- Does anyone at Clatter Labs read my prompts or files?Only authorised people, only when needed: for support you ask for, security or abuse investigations, enforcing the Terms, or the law.FAQ
- Does Clatter Labs collect sensitive data like health or religion?Not on purpose. Please don't put sensitive personal data in prompts or files unless you need to.FAQ
- Does Clatter Labs get data about me from other places?Only from sign-in providers you choose, services you connect, a team owner who invites you, and other users who mention you.FAQ
- Does Clatter Labs see my card number?No. Payments go through Gumroad as merchant of record. We get purchase details like email, product and amount, never your full card number.FAQ
- What data does Clatter Labs collect about me?Account details, sign-in and device data, what you send to our AI tools, files you store, usage and billing records, and support messages.Reference
- What does Cosmos Agent store about my tasks?Tasks, the agent's actions, files, screenshots and browsing during a session, plus memories, reminders and settings you create.FAQ
- What happens to the messages I send to support?We use them to help you and keep support records for up to 24 months after your request is closed.FAQ
- What happens to what I write in an early-access request?It's used to review your request, possibly with automated scoring, and deleted within 12 months if not accepted.FAQ
- What shouldn't I put in my prompts?Avoid passwords, secrets, government IDs, financial account numbers and sensitive personal data unless your task truly needs them.FAQ
- Why does Clatter Labs collect my IP address?For security, new-device alerts, abuse prevention, location-based restrictions and running the service. It's kept in logs for a limited time.FAQ
