Where isn't Clatter Labs available?

Clatter Labs services aren't offered in, and may not be used from (Terms, Section 28):

• Ethiopia, India, Israel and Argentina;
• comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

They're also not offered to people or entities on UN, EU, UK or US sanctions lists, or owned or controlled by them. The list can change, and the current Terms apply.
