- Can I choose which country or region my data is stored in?Not by default. Data residency isn't guaranteed unless agreed in writing, and AI inference is in the United States.FAQ
- How is my data protected when it's sent to other countries?With recognised safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK addendum, encryption and pseudonymization.Explainer
- Is my data stored in Egypt?No. Clatter Labs is based in Egypt, but its servers are not located in Egypt. Data is processed mainly in the EU and the US.FAQ
- What are sub-processors, and can I see the list?Sub-processors are companies that help run our services. A current list is available on request through a privacy request.Explainer
- Where do Cosmos Agent's cloud computers run?On Clatter Labs infrastructure, isolated per account. Websites the agent visits see our infrastructure's IP address.FAQ
- Where is my data stored?Mostly in Europe and the United States, on Clatter Labs infrastructure run by leading cloud providers. AI inference happens in the United States.FAQ
- Which outside companies handle my data?Cloud infrastructure providers, Gumroad for payments, GitHub for repositories used by agent features, and Telegram if you link the bot.FAQ
