What happens if my account is used from a restricted country?

If Clatter Labs determines an account is used from or for a restricted jurisdiction, or by a sanctioned person, it may suspend it immediately and without prior notice where the law requires (Privacy Policy, Section 38). Then:

• personal data is deleted within 90 days, except what sanctions, tax or other laws require keeping;
• retained data is used for nothing else and deleted when the obligation ends;
• if you think it's a mistake, you can ask for human review.
