How is my data protected when it's sent to other countries?

Because our providers operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside your own (Privacy Policy, Section 25). We protect transfers with:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data leaving the EU/EEA without an adequacy decision;
• UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
• the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a US recipient participates;
• transfer risk assessments and supplementary measures like encryption and pseudonymization.

You can ask for a copy of or information about these safeguards through a privacy request.
