What are sub-processors, and can I see the list?
A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data for us, for example hosting, storage, networking, model infrastructure and payments.
- We assess each one's security and privacy practices before using it, and stay responsible for its processing.
- A current list is available on request: open a privacy request at support.clatterlabs.com.
- Enterprise customers get at least 30 days' notice of new or replacement sub-processors and may object.
