Fixes for common problems with the Telegram bot.
- /forget says some memories are still thereIf /forget couldn't delete everything, it tells you how many remain. Run /forget again; if it keeps failing, contact support.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos answers in the wrong languageCosmos replies in the language you write in. Tell it which language you want, and ask it to remember that preference.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos gets the time wrongCosmos uses Africa/Cairo until you set your time zone. Send /timezone to check, then set yours with /timezone Region/City.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos is stuck on "Thinking…"Big requests with many tools take time. Tap Stop or send /stop, then resend a simpler request. Check /usage and the status page.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos on Telegram isn't replyingCheck you pressed Start and are in a private chat, look for a sign-in button, check limits with /usage, and see the status page.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos said it set a reminder or saved a file, but nothing happenedCosmos is built to only claim actions its tools really did. Check /reminders, /memory or /files, and ask it to try again if missing.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos says "I couldn't save that file"Saving to your Code Buckets failed. Try again in a moment; check your Code Buckets storage isn't full and the file is under 20 MB.Troubleshooting
- Cosmos says it couldn't find the place for the weatherUse a clear city name, add the country, or check the spelling. The weather lookup needs a recognizable place name.Troubleshooting

- I blocked or stopped the bot by mistake. What now?Unblock @Cosmos_agents_bot in Telegram and press Start. You're still linked unless you used /logout; reminders sent while blocked failed.Troubleshooting
- I don't see the Sign in with Clatter Labs buttonSend /start. If you're within 15 hours of your last link, the bot tells you how long to wait instead of sending a button.Troubleshooting
- Tapping a button says "Not signed in. Send /start."Buttons only work while your Telegram is linked. You were signed out; send /start to sign in again, then repeat the action.Troubleshooting
- Tapping Allow says "This request expired"Allow/Deny requests for sharing or deleting files expire after 30 minutes. Ask Cosmos again and tap the new button.Troubleshooting
- The sign-in page says "Already linked"Your Telegram account is already signed in. Go back to the bot and keep chatting; there's nothing more to do.Troubleshooting
- The snooze button says "Couldn't snooze it"Snoozing fails if the reminder no longer exists or you've hit 50 pending reminders. Cancel some reminders or set a new one manually.Troubleshooting
