Cosmos gets the time wrong
Cosmos assumes Africa/Cairo until you set your time zone. Send /timezone to see what it's using and the current local time, then set yours: /timezone Europe/Paris, or just tell it your city.
Existing reminders keep the time zone they were set with; recreate any that are now wrong.
