Tapping Allow says "This request expired"
Approval requests to share or delete a file expire after 30 minutes, or when a newer request replaces them. Tapping an old button shows "This request expired."
Ask again ("share the report file") and tap Allow on the new message.
Why requests expire#
Sharing makes a file public and deleting removes it for good, so Cosmos only accepts a recent, explicit OK from you. An old button from earlier in the chat can't be used to approve a new action by accident.
