Cosmos says it couldn't find the place for the weather
"Couldn't find a place called …" means the weather lookup didn't recognize the name.
- Use the city name, not a neighbourhood or street.
- Add the country: "Weather in Alexandria, Egypt" (there's more than one Alexandria).
- Check spelling, or try the English name.
If "the weather service didn't answer", try again in a minute.
