- Are my chats with Cosmos encrypted?Messages travel between Telegram and Clatter Labs over encrypted connections, and data is encrypted at rest. Bot chats aren't Telegram secret chats.FAQ
- Can Clatter Labs see my phone number through the bot?The bot receives your Telegram user id, username, display name and chat id, and what you send. Telegram doesn't give bots your phone number.FAQ
- Does Clatter Labs use my Telegram chats to train AI?Clatter Labs may use pseudonymized content, with secrets filtered, to train its own models. You can object with a privacy request.FAQ
- Does Cosmos know where I am?No. Cosmos doesn't get your location from Telegram. It only knows a place or time zone if you tell it, and it can remember that.FAQ
- How do I delete all my Cosmos on Telegram data?Use /forget for memories, /logout to remove chat history and the link, delete files in Code Buckets, or delete your account for everything.How-to

- How long does Cosmos keep my chat history?Cosmos keeps a limited recent history per conversation, trimmed over time. /logout deletes it; account deletion removes everything.FAQ
- If I delete messages in Telegram, are they deleted from Clatter Labs too?Deleting messages in the Telegram app doesn't remove the copies Cosmos stored. Use /new, /logout, /forget or account deletion instead.FAQ
- What data does Cosmos on Telegram store about me?Your Telegram ids and names, recent messages, memories, reminders, settings (name, time zone), usage, and files in your Code Buckets.FAQ
- What happens to my data if Cosmos on Telegram is discontinued?If a Clatter Labs service ends, the Privacy Policy says you'll get notice where practicable and a chance to export, then the data is deleted.FAQ
- What happens to my Telegram data if I delete my Clatter Labs account?Deleting your account deletes Telegram data linked to it, unlinks the bot and revokes access. Deletion starts promptly.FAQ
- Who can open the files Cosmos stores for me?Documents stay private in your Code Buckets until you share them. Images get an unguessable public link anyone with the link can open.FAQ
- Who can see my chats with Cosmos?Your chats are processed by Clatter Labs to answer you. People review content only for support you ask for, security, abuse or the law.FAQ
