I get connection or SSL errors when calling the Model API.

• Make sure you use https:// (there's no plain HTTP).
• Corporate proxies or firewalls may block or intercept the connection; allow api.gateway.clatterlabs.xyz.
• Old systems may have outdated certificate stores; update them.
• Try from another network to rule out a local issue.
• Check status.clatterlabs.com.
