I get 404 errors on every request. Is my base URL wrong?

Likely. The base URL is:

https://api.gateway.clatterlabs.xyz/v1

• With an SDK, set exactly that; the SDK adds /chat/completions.
• With raw HTTP, call https://api.gateway.clatterlabs.xyz/v1/chat/completions.
• Common slips: missing /v1, doubled /v1/v1, or using the Agent API host (api.agent.clatterlabs.xyz).

A 404 not_supported means the host is right but the path isn't one of the two supported endpoints. A 404 model_not_found means the model id is wrong.

Good to know#

• Retry only 429 and 5xx errors, with backoff; honour Retry-After when it's sent. Which errors to retry
• Every response has an X-Request-Id; log it so a request can be found later. Why log it
• If calls fail unexpectedly, check status.clatterlabs.com before debugging further.
