My Model API call doesn't work. What should I check first?

Go through these in order:

1. Read the error body. error.code tells you exactly what's wrong.
2. Base URL is https://api.gateway.clatterlabs.xyz/v1 (with /v1).
3. Authorization is Bearer clsk_....
4. X-Clatter-Account is your CL-… Account ID, from the account that owns the key.
5. Key permission includes models:invoke.
6. Model id is a SuperCosmos id (not an OpenAI or Line Code name).
7. Credits are above zero.
8. Status page shows Operational: status.clatterlabs.com.

Still stuck? Send support the X-Request-Id, the time and the error code.

Good to know#

• Keep keys on your server, never in a browser or mobile app. Why
• Retry only 429 and 5xx errors, with backoff; honour Retry-After when it's sent. Which errors to retry
• Each key has its own limit: 10, 30 (default), 60 or 120 requests per minute. Rate limits
