The reply's content is empty. Why?

• finish_reason: "tool_calls": the model is asking you to run a tool; the text comes after you send the result.
• finish_reason: "length" on Max or Heavy: reasoning used up max_tokens before the answer started. Raise max_tokens.
• Streaming code only reads content while the model is still sending reasoning_content.
• An empty_response error is reported as an error, not as an empty success; retry it.
