Why does Line CLI sometimes wait, and is that a limit?
There are two different things:
| Model busy | Plan limit reached | |

| What you see | "Model busy · retrying in Ns" in the status line | A message with a reset time |
| Why | Lots of demand at that moment | You used up your window, week or month |
| What Line does | Waits and retries automatically | Stops new requests until the reset |
| What you do | Usually nothing | Wait, or upgrade your plan |
Line also runs at most a few model calls at once from one Line process (the main agent and its sub-agents share them), so very large parallel jobs queue a little.
