What does 429 window_limit_reached mean?

You used your current usage window.

1. Wait until resets_at / Retry-After; Line CLI shows the reset time.
2. Your next request after that starts a new window.
3. For more per window, upgrade. Max and Ultra have shorter windows (2 h and 1.5 h) as well as more usage.

Only app usage is affected.

Good to know#

• 402 out_of_credits means credits, not plan limits.
• Never retry limit errors in a tight loop.
• Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
