How do I check how much of my plan I've used in Line CLI?

Type /usage in Line. It reads your plan and usage and shows:

• Plan name.
• Limits with a % bar and when each resets:
  • Paid plans: usage window and this week.
  • Free: this month.
• Credits balance (for the APIs), and a note if a plan limit is reached.
• Line CLI, last 7 days: calls, tokens and list price.
• Model · effort table (7 days, all apps): calls, input and output tokens, cost.
• This session: tokens and cost per model and effort.
