What happens to my balance when a credit purchase is refunded?

The refunded amount is removed from your balance (once), and History shows a Refund row. Spent credits can't be refunded, so a refund covers only what's left of that purchase.

Good to know#

• Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request within 14 days.
• Consumed credits and usage aren't refundable.
• Refunds are processed through Gumroad.
