Can I get a refund for credits I haven't used?
Yes, within 14 days of the purchase, less credits consumed, unless Gumroad's policy or applicable law says otherwise. Free and promotional credits are used before purchased credits, which can leave more of a purchase unused. Free credit itself isn't refundable.
Good to know#
- Console › Billing shows % used and reset times for each limit, your credit balance and your history.
- New accounts get $5 of free credit once for the Model API and Agent API.
- Questions about a charge or usage figure should be raised within 60 days.
