I bought credits by mistake. What can I do?
Email support@clatterlabs.com within 14 days of the purchase with your Account ID and receipt. Avoid spending them, because consumed credits aren't refundable.
Good to know#
- Refunds are processed through Gumroad.
- Console › Billing shows % used and reset times for each limit, your credit balance and your history.
- Plans and credits are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record, which also handles receipts and taxes.
