How is the cost of each call rounded?
Each call is rounded up to the next millionth of a dollar ($0.000001). Example on Flash: 148 input and 22 output tokens cost 148 × $1.60/1M + 22 × $3.40/1M = $0.0002368 + $0.0000748 = $0.0003116, which is billed as $0.000312 after rounding up.
