Someone used my leaked API key. Can I get the credits back?
Under the Terms, you're responsible for usage made with your keys, including by someone who got a key you exposed. Clatter Labs doesn't promise refunds for it. Revoke the key, gather the times and amounts from Logs, and email support@clatterlabs.com promptly (within 60 days at the latest).
Good to know#
- Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request within 14 days.
- Consumed credits and usage aren't refundable.
- Refunds are processed through Gumroad.
