Which account pays for usage?

• API calls are paid by the account that owns the key, whoever actually sends the request.
• App usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram) is paid by the account you're signed in with.
• On a team, members' usage, including their own keys, runs on the owner's plan and credits.

That's why a leaked key costs its owner money, and why each account should keep its own keys.
