Do cheaper plans get worse models?
No. Every plan has SuperCosmos 1.1 with every effort (Flash, Max, Heavy) and every tool. What changes between plans is how much you can use: more per usage window, more per week, and shorter windows that refill sooner. Heavier efforts use your limits faster because they cost more per token.
