Why is output null on my run?
output is Cosmos's final answer and is set only when status is completed.

queued / running | null, not finished yet |
failed | null; read error.code and error.message |
cancelled | null; check files for anything saved before the cancel |
If it's still running, keep streaming events or poll every 2 seconds or more.
