You need runs:read.

What to read#

• status: completed, failed or cancelled once it's finished.
• output: Cosmos's final answer (only when completed).
• files: { name, bytes } for each saved output, plus content when you add ?include=files.
• steps and usage.tokens: how much work it took.
• error: { code, message } when it failed.

Fetch the run whenever you need it, and save important results on your side too.
