What event types does the run event stream send?

`done`	The final run	The run finished (completed, failed or cancelled)
`timeout`	`{ "message", "after" }`	The connection reached 10 minutes; the run continues
`error`	`{ "code", "message" }`	The stream had to stop, for example the key was revoked

How to react#

step: show progress; remember index + 1 as your after value.
done: you have the final run; stop reading.
timeout: reconnect with ?after= set to the after value.
error: check the code; reconnect with ?after=N if it makes sense (not if the key was revoked).
