How do I cancel a run?

You need a key with runs:write.
What happens#
- The run stops at its next step, along with any sub-agents it started.
- Its
statusbecomescancelled. - Files saved before the cancel are still listed in
files. - Work already done (tokens, computer time, actions) is billed; nothing more is spent after it stops.
