How do I list my runs and page through older ones?

limit: 1 to 100 (default 20).before: acreated_attimestamp; returns runs created before it.
The response is { "object": "list", "data": [...], "has_more": true|false }. While has_more is true, call again with before set to the last run's created_at.
Only runs started through the Agent API are listed.
