How do I find a run using my own ticket or user id?
GET /v1/runs doesn't filter by metadata, so filter in your code:
runs = requests.get(f"{BASE}/v1/runs?limit=100", headers=headers).json()
match = [r for r in runs["data"] if (r.get("metadata") or {}).get("ticket") == "OPS-112"]
Page with before if needed. For frequent lookups, store the run id next to your ticket when you create the run.
