How do I export my run history?

1. Call GET /v1/runs?limit=100.
2. Save each run (id, title, status, tier, steps, usage, metadata, timestamps).
3. While has_more is true, call again with before = the last run's created_at.
4. For runs whose files you need, fetch GET /v1/runs/{id}?include=files.

For spend by day, product and tier, use Usage in the Console, and GET /v1/account for 30-day totals.
