I lost my phone or authenticator app and can't sign in
If two-factor authentication is on and you can't get a code, you can't complete sign-in by yourself. First try:
- Another device where you set up the same authenticator account (a tablet, or a password manager that stores codes).
- A cloud backup in your authenticator app, if you turned one on, restored on a new phone.

Email support@clatterlabs.com from the email address on your account. Include your Account ID (CL-…) if you know it, and when you last signed in. We'll need to verify it's really you before changing anything, so expect a few questions.
Once you're back in, set up 2FA again on your new device right away.
