Which tier should I use for a code or design review?
Start with Heavy for architecture and design reviews.
Architecture and design reviews are listed as Heavy fits. For a quick review of a small diff, Flash or Max is usually enough.
Heavy is slower and costs the most, so use it for the hard part and Flash or Max for the rest.
