The live badge on Usage says it isn't connected. What does that mean?
The badge next to Usage shows whether live updates are flowing. If it shows a problem, the page can't reach the live usage feed. Period totals still load. Bring the tab to the front, check your connection, reload, and check the status page.
Good to know#
- A private window rules out extensions and old cached data.
- Include your Account ID when you contact support.
- Every API request sends your key and your Account ID (
X-Clatter-Account: CL-…); a key alone is refused.
