The announcement bar keeps coming back. How do I hide it for good?
The × is remembered in that browser. A different browser or device, a private window, or clearing site data shows it again. It stops appearing on its own after November 12, 2026.
Good to know#
- Check status.clatterlabs.com for incidents.
- Include your Account ID when you contact support.
- Every API request sends your key and your Account ID (
X-Clatter-Account: CL-…); a key alone is refused.
