When my plan limit runs out, does Line CLI start using my credits?
No. App usage follows your plan's limits only. When a limit is reached, requests wait for the reset. Your credits are never touched by Line CLI, Cosmos Agent or Telegram.

- At zero credits, API calls answer
402 out_of_credits. - The Console Inbox warns you when credits get low.
- Console › Billing shows % used and reset times for each limit, your credit balance and your history.
