• Upgrade.
• Use the APIs, which use credits.

Buying credits doesn't unblock Line CLI or Telegram.

• At zero credits, API calls answer 402 out_of_credits.
• App usage follows your plan and is never paid from credits.
• The Console Inbox warns you when credits get low.
