What happens when I run out of credits?

• Model API, Agent API and Playground answer 402 out_of_credits.
• A run that runs out midway stops with status: "failed" and error.code: "out_of_credits".
• Home and Billing show an Empty pill.
• Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram aren't affected.

Retrying won't help. Add credits; the next call works as soon as the balance is above zero.

Good to know#

• App usage follows your plan and is never paid from credits.
• The Console Inbox warns you when credits get low.
• Plans and credits are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record, which also handles receipts and taxes.
