My Agent API run failed with out_of_credits. Can I continue it?
A failed run can't be resumed. Add credits, fetch the old run (GET /v1/runs/{id}?include=files), then start a new run that explains what's already done. Work that ran before the stop is billed.

- At zero credits, API calls answer
402 out_of_credits. - App usage follows your plan and is never paid from credits.
- The Console Inbox warns you when credits get low.
