My child bought credits or a plan without permission. What can I do?
Under the Terms, minors may not purchase plans or credits except through a parent or guardian. Email support@clatterlabs.com with the Account ID, the receipt and a short explanation. For a plan, also cancel it in Billing to stop renewals.
Good to know#
- Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request within 14 days.
- Consumed credits and usage aren't refundable.
- Refunds are processed through Gumroad.
