What does "list price" mean in Clatter Labs billing?
List price is the value of usage at the published rates, for example $1.60 per million input tokens on Flash.
- For API usage, list price is what's charged to your credits.
- For app usage, list price measures how much of your plan limit you used, without charging credits.
- For promotions and Clatter Labs team accounts, usage is recorded at list price and not charged.

- Free costs $0 and includes every model and tool.
- Prices and credits are in US dollars.
- Console › Billing shows % used and reset times for each limit, your credit balance and your history.
