Why does Usage show both "list price" and "charged"?
- List price — what the usage would cost at the published rates.
- Charged — what was actually taken from your credits.
They differ when something other than credits paid:
- App usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram) is covered by your plan. It's measured at list price to fill your plan's meters, but costs your credits nothing.
- Promotions — usage recorded at list price and never charged.
- Clatter Labs team accounts — always recorded, never charged.
For Model API and Agent API calls on a normal account, the two match.
Good to know#
- Console figures can lag slightly; server-side metering is the official record.
- By SuperCosmos tier shows how much each of Flash, Max and Heavy cost you.
